Employment programs
With Services-Quebec, we offer different employment programs within our team. Our experienced team is more than capable of seeing your learning through, and to show you the ropes of the restaurant industry.
To know if you qualify to any of these programs, confirm with agents at the local employment centre.
- PAAS Action: 20 h per week. Helps unemployed people on social assistance to get back to adapted activities, to work on interpersonal skills, and to develop expertise. Dishwasher position
- Wage subsidy: 35 h per week. A stepping stone to the labour market! With a full-time position, you could train for a semiskilled trade and get a diploma. Then, you can get support at the Centre St-Michel to develop your career plan. Assistant cook, daytime, Monday to Friday.
Work-family and work-francization balance possible. Meals, paid vacation, and other advantages.
